It is generally agreed (although debated) that vtiger (vtiger.com) is the best free CRM product. SugarCRM has an open source(free) version, and is also very good, but if you want more advanced features you have to purchase their higher level products. Both products would be able to meet the needs that you have for CRM as you listed them, but you would need to install it and run it on your computer which can be a bit complicated. Also, you would not be able to get quick answers to questions you may have about the software. If you prefer, there are hosting companies that host it for you and offer support as part of their offering for a small amount of money each month.
